  2. Most useful from todays session:
Input from rest of group, hearing thier ideas. Great food for thought re bringing everyday IT into learning environment. Particularly mobile phones for communication and rapport module. Refelcting on how far we have come with technology in the classroom in a year. Great modelling of differentiation in practice - thanks Wendy!

  3. Homework Reflection on todays session for Wendy - 29th Jan.

It's always a pleasure when the time flies in a session and there is so much diversity and content. One of the first occasions this year on the course when i've been really challenged in my creative thinking, given the restriction of IT in my classroom. Great modelling of teaching from Wendy, particularly the differentiation/extension tasks and diversity of IT used in one session - inspirational. A fun engaging and memorable ice breaker.
This session has made me realise just how much is possible to get into one session if resources are used effectively. Using the timer on screen really helped the groups focus on task and this is definitely something I can use immediately in my sessions. Last year I introduced google groups in one of my classes and it proved to be a bit of an administrative nightmare. Now as blogging technology has moved on it will be much easier to set up a blog for a similar purpose. I will explore facebooks capability for doing this or alternatively set up another eblogger blog specifically for my NLP learners.
I need to double check I can access the clock software from the scheme of work.
